Pizza Patron

I placed an order from one of your pizza patron at 12900 G Aldine Westfield location. Upon arrival they have no internet service was not able to prove my order now being said I show them proof of my order they still indicated to come next to pick up. I have them options if they could take down oder number they decline I ask to speak with the manager which no manager as available at the facility. The person who was answering all my questions declared she was the assistant manager by the name Daniela who I asked her for her initial of her last name started to get rude she didnt needed to provide that information to me. I also asked for a number for complaints my issue either if the patron facility doesnt accept online Oder shouldnt allow to do purchases. And customers should be call and online oders should be monitored in another fashion way. I was informed I cant be provided with manager number which is fine but just the simple fact the way the employee Daniela did not care to resolved the matter only for me to look on line if that was going to solve it with no direction. This is not the first time I have had issues with this Patron Facility.
